Fees & Session Times

  • The nursery charges a non returnable registration fee of £65.00. This charge covers all administration costs.
  • On the day that your child starts, a pre-payment of 2 weeks care is required. After this, fees should be paid for one month in advance.
  • The nursery offers flexible hours of childcare to Government funded children.
  • Please contact The Nursery Manager for more details of options and associated fees.
  • Parents/carers must pay for all sickness and unauthorised/authorised absence.
  • There is no charge for Bank Holidays.

The nursery is open between 7.30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. * We are closed on bank holidays

Parents/carers should arrive at least 5 minutes before the end of session to allow time for putting on coats and collecting any works of art! 10-15 minutes should be allowed, if you wish to discuss your child’s progress/activities for the day.

The nursery operates a late collection charge. After 1.00 pm or 6.00 pm an initial £15.00 charge is made, followed by a further £5.00 for every following 15 minute period. The parent carer will be informed at the time the lateness occurs and the cost of their late collection charge.

Should you wish to cancel your child’s place at nursery, a written notice of 4 weeks is required. If this is not given, one weeks fees will be forfeited.

If you wish to change your child’s sessions, a written notice of 4 weeks is required.

All parents/carers must complete a Nursery Contract, which highlights payment requirements and what procedures will be taken in the event of non-payment.

All parents/carers must complete a registration pack, as required by OFSTED. This pack also helps us establish your child’s individual needs, e.g. sleep routines and favourite toys. You must also inform us in writing of any relevant changes e.g. home or mobile telephone numbers. This will prevent any delay in contacting you should an emergency arise.
