Fees and Registration

Fees

The nursery charges a non returnable registration fee of £45.00. This charge covers all administration costs.

On the day that your child starts, a pre-payment of 1 weeks care is required. After this fees should be paid for one month in advance.

The nursery offers flexible hours of childcare.

Please contact The Nursery Manager for more details of options and associated fees.

All cheques should be made to KIDZ INC LTD.

Parents/carers must pay for all sickness and unauthorised/authorised absence.

There is no charge for Bank Holidays.

Children are entitled to 1 week of sessions (pro rata) per year at a 50% charge.

All 3 / 4 year olds are eligible for free early years education the term after their 3rd birthday. These free hours can be used on a term time only basis (15 hours per week).

Some 2 year olds are also eligible for free early years education. Please speak to the Manager for a list of the criteria.

Late collection charge

The nursery operates a late collection charge. After 1.00 pm or 6.00 pm an initial £15.00 charge is made, followed by a further £5.00 for every following 15 minute period. The parent carer will be informed at the time the lateness occurs and the cost of their late collection charge.

Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your child’s place at nursery, a written notice of 4 weeks is required. If this is not given, one weeks fees will be forfeited.

Change of sessions

If you wish to change your child’s sessions, a written notice of 4 weeks is required.

Contract

All parents/carers must complete a Nursery Contract, which highlights payment requirements and what procedures will be taken in the event of non-payment.

Registration

All parents/carers must complete a registration pack, as required by OFSTED. This pack also helps us establish your child’s individual needs, e.g. sleep routines and favourite toys. You must also inform us in writing of any relevant changes e.g. home or mobile telephone numbers. This will prevent any delay in contacting you should an emergency arise.
